My sister says she'll always hate me
And she hopes that I should die
But forever is a promise
And she can't afford to lie

My mother says she'll never accept me
She thinks I'm weak when I cry
But forever is a promise
And she can't afford to lie

My father swore he'd always protect me
But he's never at my side
Because forever is a promise
And he can't afford to lie

My friends thought they'd always care
They told me it'd always be fine
But forever is a promise
And they can't afford to lie

You tell me that you'll always love me
That you'll always make it right
But forever is a promise
And I can't afford your lie

I really like this one. I like it's way of discribe the importens of trust and honesty (that's how I think of it, did you have another "meaning" with this text?). I know how it is to be betrayde, and it is not funny and it's hard to get over it, but it made me stronger and opened my eyes and gave me a new perspective on things in life. I can see my experiences in this text, and I can also see the fact that I lies aren't worth listening to or even bother to deal with (if it's not nessecery).
wonderful poem!

Life is precious because we only live it once and thereby we are all originals.
I'm actually kind of sorry you're able to relate to it, :3
But thanks so much for the comment and fave.

I really appreciate it.
I'm about to go to school, but I'd like to read/view some of your stuff when I get home.

"Nobody move! I dropped my brain."

*gunshot* "That's my peanut."

"I wash my hands of this weirdness."

"Here, you can throw my hat if you'd like."
"Hooray!" *throws hat*
"Now go get it."

"Ooh, a peanut."

"No, no. Once is enough."
Thank you for the comment and :+fav:.
And yeah, life can throw some real crap your way.

I'm glad you were able to get over it, though.

I'd like to check out your gallery after I get home from school.
